• Free Shipping Rule: Free standard shipping on all orders over ¥39.
• Orders under ¥39 will charge standard flat shipping fee automatically at checkout.
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days for warehouse packing & order dispatching.
• Delivery Time: 5-12 business days for regular regions; extra 3-6 days for remote areas & islands.
• Exclusion: Free shipping service does not cover remote territories, outlying islands and special regions.
• Force majeure delays (customs inspection, bad weather, peak logistics season) are not within our controllable scope.
